I understand why we do it (hiding stuff from the tax man, obviously), but thats no reason for everyone else to do it as well.

Apparently the made up bid from the made up team wasn't as much as imagined. It was also a part exchange with Billy the Fish coming to Ibrox but apparently Wes "The Cat" Foderingham wouldn't have mixed well with him. I have it on very good authority that at the time of the Rangers debacle, the agreement was in place that the Cowdenbeath licence would be taken over and the "new" Cowdenbeath, called "Rangers" would play at Ibrox. The two brothers (in a familial sense) involved at Cowdenbeath are more interested in the Stock Car Racing than football and wouldn't have missed the team. Of course, the Chairman of the football club is another "Brother". One Donald Finlay.

Absolute bollox. Kelty will plough on without the need to merge. Cowden by the way are doomed however the teams they’ll possibly face in the play off are not that fantastic so they may well survive.... again. Aye, he had an off week last week by his standards at Aberdeen but apart from that he's been outstanding. Totally dominates the midfield and his ball retention and vision is class. One of those guys you'd gladly pay money to go and see. Seems like a great guy too. He even did the wee Killie fingers pose when he signed! DoonTheSlope
Nothing more delusional than the pish being reported this morning Firstly, Hearts do not own a training ground, they rent it from Herriot Watt University, they also bumped them for rent during the Vlad years Secondly, Hearts are not building a stand at Herriot Watt as it is Herriot Watt that is building a stand as they own the land Lastly, let's just remind everyone that Hearts do not own a training facility. They never have done. They simply rent it from Herriot Watt. In the past they have been bumped down the line to make way for hockey teams etc. It's simply delusions of grandeur from the poppy thieves. The club with no shame https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/2199171/hearts-u20s-riccarton-ground-new-stand/ Edited February 7, 2018 by DoonTheSlope

Good set up at Kelty, been to a fair few games this season. They have the pitch in use during the week for 7's etc so income there, have now got permission for a 500 seater stand to be built in the summer, do hospitality most games which more often than not is very well taken up (£30 - 5 pints, food pre, HT and post). are selling "seats for life" and the likes. They are obviously paying a fair bit for the players they have there but they seem, at the moment, to be able to afford it.
