SamP Posted October 3, 2022 Share Posted October 3, 2022 Going to use an analogy here but true story. I was on a jury about 10 years ago. Serious assault a young boy was charged with. On the first day when we went back to the room we all thought him guilty. But as the week went on his defence lawyer explained the circumstances and some of it was caught on CCTV. Anyway, by the end of the week we were all agreed that the boy was not guilty after hearing the circumstances of the case. There were two old duffers who would not change their mind but the boy got set free and rightly so. Moral of my story is that you cannot judge right away and it was a lesson to me. Lafferty is a daft man. We all know that. Killie have had to look at all circumstances and make a decision. Like my jury case I now kind of agree with that. No place for sectarianism in football. Celtic enquired about Connor Sammon (I think it was in case they couldn't sign someone else) at one point a long time ago. The Old Firm most certainly do look at these kind of players.
