Not any more odd than folk handing out pro independence flyers down at Fulham

Its completely different.  In that case it's people handing out leaflets at a public event which happens every weekend up and down the country.  No-one is forced to take one or read one.   The other one is a vocal section of the support expressing an opinion that may or may not be the view of the support as a whole, however, by being vocal, they give the impression it is.

If a chorus of Hope Over Fear or Caledonia had started up at the game in Dortmund then maybe you could make a parallel, but it didn't.

It's still showing support for one side of the referendum at a football match, whether that's done through song or handing out flyers, the two are comparable.

Caledonia being sung is a terrible example btw.

Why?  During the referendum campaign was pretty much adopted as an Independence anthem, I doubt too many Unionists are that keen on it.

It's a song about Scotland. Unionists are still Scottish too.

It make no mention of independence so putting it in the same category as 'Hope Over Fear'  is just wrong.

I wish we did sing that at the games actually, but not too sure it would come over that well as a "terrace song". It's a great tune.

If you look at the footage it doesnt make it over the fence so lands in the Rangers end

What difference does that make? He hit someone in his own support, so that's okay?

Nah when there's no evidence that something happened, it probably didn't happen.

You're attempting to smear the whole of the Aberdeen support for something that didn't happen. If that's your patter, then bash on. It makes you look like an idiot though.

Is you mentioning my twitter handle supposed to bother me?

Arguing with strangers on the internet...
