I don’t know if it’s because I grew up with the original version which I didn’t like either, and I can’t separate the two . Its just too slow and country and westerny. I'm liking the fact almost half the current team have a song or chant about them. I don't remember such a big connection between the players and fans, and I've been going to games for a looong time.
