Only 1,000 hibs fans there, so the other 17,000 who go to home games are unable to see there team play in an extremely important game. Also, the spfl is always coming up with daft ideas to sell the game better, (more half time entertainment!) what about actually showing the big games on tv. These are two of our best teams, it should be a great advert for Scottish football. My two ideas - If the game is a total sellout like today the game should be on council tv so kids get hooked on football. And play the best game of the week at 5.15 on a sat so we can all watch our own teams, East Fife v Brechin and then head to home/pub to watch. But not too late for cel & hibs fans either on a sat. Few mates been knocked back from whatever their stadium is called, today. Hopefully find *some way* to view the game from my living room .............................. Hamilton v Rangers or Celtic v Hibs - I'd definitely watch the 2nd match but have no interest in the other. Even the Hearts v Aberdeen match is more intriguing than accies v sevco
RenfrewBlue
If Aberdeen beat Hearts, Celtic and Hibs draw and Killie win then Killie will be top. If Rangers also win tomorrow then it won't half be a tight top 6. Potential for the most exciting season in decades.

I'm guessing you're too young to remember when every game was a Saturday 3pm and the only way to see it was to actually go to the match? Also you, and many others, don't seem to be able to grasp that TV games need to be organised in advance, or do you not care that the folk who are going need to make arrangements as long as you can watch it on the telly? Mox
Cannot wait for today. I've got a sneaking feeling based on nothing more than blind optimism that we are going to give Hibs a tonking.

Very true but we can't have it both ways. We've continually lamented the influence TV has over 'traditional scheduling', so we should be happy that it's 3 o clock on a Saturday and it gets bodies through the door. I understand Hibs fans wanting to see it as well of course but I'm guessing the ones who go week in week out will be the ones with tickets for today. Hard to have too much sympathy for the ones wanting to go based on them doing well that wouldn't any other time.

sbcmfc
Eleven sports are challenging the 3pm Saturday black out as they want to show Spanish games and are being told they can’t. Could be interesting. They are making the valid point that loads of folk are illegally watching Saturday 3pm games anyway. Wont change anything here. Rangers away, Celtic away, Rangers away, Celtic away, old firm, token Killie v Aberdeen, Rangers away, Celtic away....

Who wants to go out, find parking, get soaked and sit in a freezing stadium paying stupid prices for something to eat, not get a drink, when you can sit in front of a 65" full HD telly and watch the game with replays, comments etc

Surely it's all the sevcos fault, letting McInnes and Ferguson and Ball infiltrate the ranks. You have more links to Rangers than Sevco
