Should be a good move for mcburnie, hopefully gets lots of goals and becomes a good option as back up to Griffith's.

JECK
Found it odd that Mulgrew is still in league 1. Can't be many who have played champions league football in that league.
Caledonian Craig
Liam Henderson started for Bari today in their 1-0 win at home to Frosinone in Serie B. He was substituted after 71 minutes with Bari already leading 1-0.
Dairbee
I'm not his greatest fan but Grant Handley played well today. He's actually got a decent turn of pace. Played as the right sided defender in a back 3.

He's a decent defender at English championship level and unfairly gets bashed on here alot but we really need a cb who can cut it at epl level and he's not quite good enough. Mulgrew isnt too bad a defender, imo we should keep the partnership of Berra mulgrew as they seemed to do well in the second half of the campaign. Why would you you keep playing Mulgrew when there’s about 6 centre backs in the SPL/Championship playing regularly at a higher level who are all about 10 years younger!? Stoke players squabbling over who hits the spot kick, Adam's effort is saved, then he gets fouled as he's about to tap in the rebound (was more of a penalty than the one that was given), ref gives a corner and Adam almost scores direct from that! Because Mulgrew is a better player than all of them at this moment. The 6 you keep mentioning have a lot to prove at club level before they can be our first choice centre-backs. We should however be including some of them in the next few games to see how they get on, particularly Lindsey.
Super_Scotlandfan
Ryan Fraser is some boy. Playing from right wing back puts in a great cross for Bournemouth’s equaliser. Not sure about his defensive abilities but they can only improve if he keep score playing there.

It seems clear now that the best solution for Scotland is to play a back 3 with Robertson and Fraser as wing backs. Especially if Hanley is even now playing in a back 3 regularly. (If we opt for him again) As is Berra and Souttar. We wouldn't even really need to play anyone out of position.

Although, in this game Fraser moved further forward after Bournemouth went behind again. Seems more than capable playing there though. He should be at the very least kept in our squad as he provides back up and is a great set piece taker.

So a striker and an adaptable winger with Paterson and a Robertson as the wing backs.
