So, did the crowd hail her as 'Queen of Scots'?

Is this the Daily Mash, or BBC Scotlandshire?

PM Jim Hacker: "Don't tell me about the press. I know exactly who reads the papers: The Daily Mirror is read by people who think they run the country, the Guardian is read by people who think they ought to run the country, the Times is read by people who actually do run the country, the Daily Mail is read by the wives of the people who run the country, the Financial Times is read by people who own the country, the Morning Star is read by people who think the country ought to be run by another country and the Daily Telegraph is read by people who think it is."
Sir Humphrey: "Prime Minister, what about the people who read the Sun?"
Bernard Woolley: "Sun readers don't care who runs the country, as long as she's got big tits."

There was a particularly nasty article in the Mail in the run up to the Referendum where they said that the only reason she was after a Yes vote was for her own ego trip and that because she didn't have any kids Scotlands future didn't really matter to her. I thought that was fairly vile even by the Mail's standards.

She's passionate and definitely not the "most dangerous woman in Britain" but her party's socialist policies and lack of knowledge of economics could prove disastrous.

It's great the SNP aren't ruling Scotland with an socialist fist like they would be if we voted "yes".

They are fools who want to end "austerity". They think current government spending is sustainable.

Having a different view on austerity makes you a socialist?

No, not necessarily but many of the SNP or independence supporters support independence because they want more socialism.

I'm not against independence in principle, in fact It would be good to get away from Westminister mess but not if it means even more state power which is what the SNP quite like (just look at minimum alcohol pricing and anti-free speech laws).

That's another debate though

The SNP arent proposing socialsim, even if some of their supporters think they are.

I know. They definitely aren't arguing for smaller government though.

Independence would be good if we went in the right direction and one that truly is part of our history. Free banking, the principles of Adam Smith and the 19th century education system that provided education for almost everyone but wasn't all state schools. A true history to be proud of.
