Everton have had 5 managers since 2016, soon to be 6. They have a gross spend of £692m on transfers, net spend of £310m. Their league position has got progressively worse every season.

Look at their squad, there's nobody of any real note. An absolute shambles of a club.

They are abysmal.  They have 5 players in their squad with 10 or more PL goals in their career! They've spent obscene amounts of money on absolute dross including £15M to Burnley for Dwight McNeil, £10M to Man U for James Garner and going a bit further back £20M for Allan, £25M for Ben Godfrey and, worst of all, £30M for Alex Iwobi!

Even their biggest sellable assets in Calvert Lewin and Anthony Gordon are bang average and they should have bit Chelsea's hand off when they were bidding £50M for Gordon in the summer.  I genuinely don't think either of those 2 improve Rangers or Celtic's starting XI.

They've regressed at a rate of knots since Moshri took over and one poor managerial appointment after another (with the exception of Ancelotti who was never going to hang around) has led them to hear where relegation seems inevitable.  Their now looking at bringing in Bielsa who I don't see as an upgrade on most of what went before him and will have no time in the current transfer window to improve one of the worst squads in the league.

Superb 👍 Lookman and Hojlund looked fantastic up front. Enjoying Bergamo?

Hojlund looks a prospect for sure. Couldn’t believe he was only 19!

Bergamo is cracking, spent all day up the old town yesterday…..

Lovely stuff. How long do you still have there? Forgot to recommend stuff. Please go to La Romana for ice cream - have the cones with chocolate poured in first! Was recommended to us by a local as the best in the city. Across the road is a great toastie place for grabbing a quick bite Capatoast - both on Via Tiraboschi just round the corner from the Atalanta shop/Porta Nuova. On the main shopping street down near the square/crossroads there's a wine bar with great food too called The Nutcracker - can't remember the Italian name 😂 Bar Perry near your accommodation on the wee square is pretty good for cheap drinks and you'll get free snacks at aperitivo time.

Looks brilliant there.  I would go back to Rimini and San Marino.  But not Milan or Turin.

It really is. A nice sized small city. Lots of history and great views from the Citta Alta. Walkable and friendly in our experience - lots of really good eating and drinking options. The girls said the shopping was decent too so something for everyone.

I think Tallin was my favourite place.  Small but really interesting.  Went twice for Scotland games.

Good stuff @McTeeko - delighted Atalanta delivered the three points last night for you to witness in person. Gasperini has stumbled upon absolute gold with Boga, Lookman and Hojlund as the attacking three right now. Let's hope they keep firing.

As I type this Sassuolo take a 2-0 lead at San Siro - but you already know that! Enjoy the rest of the trip.

Think Napoli will beat Roma but Lazio should win today to bump us out of third spot. Doesn't look like anyone will catch Napoli for the Scudetto but a real dogfight between 5 teams for 3 Champions League sots behind Napoli. 3 points between second and sixth. Inter on 40, Atalanta 38, Milan 38 and the 2 Rome teams both on 37 but still to play today; all will have played 20 after those games. Napoli on 50 with 19 played. Can go 13 clear tonight.

Juve have lodged an appeal so don’t rule them out of a champions league spot
