Mental to think Aberdeen turned down big bids for him. Unsure if he’s even worth £1M to be honest.
Marky
If you ever wanted evidence of how we have fallen as a football nation and how far fans’ expectations have fallen, then it’s the fact that some folk seem reasonably happy with that first half. Good grief. Edited November 16, 2019 by Marky

The most important thing to do is the result - to build confidence and go towards securing third in the group to protect our ranking. Absolutely. I'd take a scrappy 1-0 right now and hopefully a more confident, performance and again 1/2-0 v Kazakhstan on Tuesday. Three wins and Clarke would be at 50% win rate. Some momentum and sold out Hampden for March! There's a good squad there. Yes, some areas we are lacking - but NI, Albania, Iceland, now Finland all getting to Euros - we should be there or there abouts in qualifying with this nucleus of a squad. A very very good defender would be a great addition and a goalscorer (let's see Shankland in the second please) and we could be a difficult and decent side. Good grief. Or you could look at it another way. A lot of people on here are living in the past and don’t realise or can’t accept that beating any international team (with the exception of the true minnows) away from home is a decent result. It’s a million miles better than Kazakhstan (who aren’t as good as Cyprus). Not that we’ve won yet.....

weekevie04
Still time, and let's see what happens. A good test for this side too to try and get back in to a game (that they could and should be looking to win).

Dandydon
What was McKenna thinking giving away that free kick. As good a strike as it was they have had an overload on set pieces far too often this afternoon, the defensive organisation that I thought we’d see from Clarke doesn’t seem to be in evidence. weekevie04
I hope he becomes a brilliant player, but McKenna is so panic striken. Yes, clear your lines etc, but look around. He's always hoofing it when there's no danger at all.
