Barney Rubble
Next game for Aberdeen is now massive IMO. No point turning that lot over to then immediately give the points back. This in spades.
Clyde1998
Not a high quality game, but incredibly exciting. Thought Celtic were the better team in the first half and the Dons dominated the 2nd. Wind might have had something to do with it ? The Celtic defence was very poor, they still look vulnerable to cross balls. Taylor, McLean and Shinie absolutely outstanding for Aberdeen. Good to see the Dons have the fight and determination to win that. Shinne and McLean (plus Jack) can't be too far away from the Scotland squad now... ZoltanBuchan
Such stupid fouls Totally. Celtic picked up four bookings and gave away a number of needless free-kicks in unthreatening positions with the attacker going nowhere, one of which ultimately led to the winner. Rossy
Hamilton at home on Tuesday, Hearts away next Saturday. It's quite enjoyable having every game being a massive game, even in September...

Not to mention the challenge for the penalty...........
Rossy
Good point there from Neil McCann....Brown's 'tackle' on Jack was far more malicious and deliberate than Hayes challenge on Lustig. I trust that Aberdeen will appeal that red card, it was a poor decision from Thompson.
ZoltanBuchan
Not to mention the challenge for the penalty........... Indeed - not massively convinced it was a penalty, might not have been given if it hadn't been for the earlier one which wasn't awarded, but a classic example of a place Not To Make Any Contact. Ormond
Shinne and McLean (plus Jack) can't be too far away from the Scotland squad now...Don't be silly. They don't play for a Glasgow outfit.
Duncan Blackheart
Went out when the red was given. Mistake!

Ormond
Just reading that never in Aberdeen's history have they started a season with six straight wins.

kmcca5
Brilliant, I not an Aberdeen fan by any stretch of the imagination but over the moon that they humbled Celtic today. Well done, money can't buy you everything.
bruce778
Really enjoyed watching that especially because of the result. Great level of intensity. Aberdeen were very impressive. Celtic were pretty poor. Ref got most things wrong. Considine should have been off. Should have been penalty for mulgrew handball. Red card was harsh. Real test for Celtic now. I still think they will win the league easily but really hope Aberdeen can push them. Bit harsh the Celtic fans accusing mcinnes of fake tanning. Rossy
Watched the last 10 minutes again (well, why not ?). Josh Parker was outstanding when he came on for Rooney, made a huge difference in holding the ball up and settling Aberdeen down. He's like Josh Magennis, but with ability.
