RenfrewBlue
There have been claims that he was trying to sell his shareholding to ashley. Hasnt been denied but that doesnt mean the claims are true.I could claim I was buying Kings shares and it wouldn't be denied and it also wouldn't be true. Who claimed King was looking to sell? Dalgety Bay TA
Jesus I must be getting really old. Does that shit count as music these days? Guess he must be a Jambo then. If you were actually old then you would realise who they are. Don't think many people sub 40 would know The Exploited or Wattie. A couple of my mates were into them so I had the pleasure of listening to a lot of Exploited as a young lad very early 80's.
Brummie Hibs
Used to see The Exploited (or I was led to believe it was them) in Roseburn when I went there to Primary School. Think they lived above the Ben Hur chippy. Years later I remember going into Sound Control to pick up my guitar that had all been customised by Wolf there, and John was sitting playing it. Did John not get involved with Nirvana somewhere? Used to see Shirley and the GMM guys down the Subway. Anyway, I was never into Punk. Wattie's mad but a decent sort. Known him since the early 80s. Is Hearts daft and forever getting lifted at Tynecastle in those days. He's now living in Loanhead and Big John lives in Amsterdam. ShedTA
Phil the random rumour generator. His last few stories have all followed a similar vein and turned out to be utter pish. It seems his source inside Ibrox has either gone or is yanking his chain these days. This could be pish but to be fair to him he broke the story about king being down seeing Ashley when the egm was on. He was spot on. Took the daily mail another week or so to come up with the exclusive. I thought by now that you lot would have learned that he sometimes gets it right. Ignoring everything he says didn't help you much pre liquidation did it?

Ignoring everything he says didn't help you much pre liquidation did it? Since liquidation I'd hazard a guess that about 98% of his "exclusives" have been absolute pish. King meeting MASH isn't exactly ground breaking news now is it? The guy is a weirdo and his obsession with us is very unsettling.

Think you are exaggerating slightly re the 98% fairbairn but I can understand the sentiment as the guy blogs continuously on an anti rangers agenda. I won't disagree with that. However as a theme from his prediction of insolvency, his assessment of whyte and green and even ashley and the way they would destroy your club he was right. If more bears had paid heed to that you might be in a better position now.

More than luck would get you so he obviously had an inside source of some kind.Post King he's been pissing in the wind. His source is obviously gone and he's making more and more guesses. Folk don't want to accept hes now getting far more wrong than right these days, for some reason.

If more bears had paid heed to that you might be in a better position now. Even if we assume he has been correct in the past, it would have made sod all difference to the insolvency event which was an unfortunate inevitability. This chap thrives on bending facts to suit his agenda (e.g. suggesting that a perfectly understandable and expected meeting by King/Ashley might be something more sinister) and if you continue to write about the same subject with limited sources, it's likely that you'll get something correct now and again. To suggest this guy is some kind of soothsayer is ridiculous. He's just a bloke who dislikes Rangers intensely, obsessively writes about them in source-less internet blogs, loves the attention when others reference him and who occasionally gets lucky. I suspect he's the kind of bloke who regularly Googles his own name.
