albathebrave
Just watched Lucy with Scarlett Johnasson. What a pile of tripe. it started off well but then she turned into a usb stick!
albathebrave
It actually starts off ok. But you can tell the writer dropped a sh!t load of acid when writing it and it kicking in coincides with about 45-50 mins into the film. It starts well, has a great concept but it was as if they didn't know where to take it
Robroysboy
I can recommend Little Boy, a real emotional roller coaster of a flim. Also enjoyed the grand budapest hotel with Ralph Finnes and a host of other top stars. Both great entertainment and original, can't stand the poor hoolywood remakes, like Get Carter. GRBear
Legend was amazing, Tom Hardys double role was tremendous. Can see this one picking up a few awards.
Dillinger
Straight Outta Compton loved it. Brilliant film about a brilliant group and a brilliant album. Did chuckle about Cube talking about having a baby on the way in one scene - the actor, O'Shea Jr, was essentially talking about himself! It's spooky how good the casting was throughout, it didn't even look like actors playing parts, more like the actual people in question

Dillinger
Captive They somehow managed to make Kate Mara getting held hostage in her apartment uninteresting.

flynnyboy
seen "black mass" last night good story, james whitey bulger (boston gangster) good cast, johnny depp, joel edgerton, footloose guy and bernard cucumber sherlock very disappointing I can see where you are coming from but I quite enjoyed it. Could've been so much better given the subject matter though. Quite a slow burner with no real crescendo but was a decent watch nonetheless I thought. Angus_Young
Watched Unbroken last night. Enjoyed it, although it wasn't particularly well received due to it not really scratching the surface about his life. Downloaded the book this morning so will see how that compares.
