When Chelsea bought Hazard's brother he was immediately put on loan back to a club in Belgium. The whole of his time at Chelsea was spent on loan in Belgium and Germany. So what I have seen of Gilmour is very good. I cannot believe how calm and confident this young man is on the ball. He does not look out of place at all.. Even shouting instructions.
