Do they not realise that stuff like that just makes winning at Ibrox even sweeter for us Hibs fans? Also whats the Star of David all about in their title? I'm sure I've missed something important to the peepul. J There was a Star of David badge on very old kits from the 1870s (I don't know why) but Squirrelhumper is right, the Neanderthal element of the Rangers support would be opposed to Palestinian cause simply because Celtic fans are percieved to be for it. A Rangers fan was thrown out of yesterday’s UEFA Cup clash withMaccabi Haifa for waving a Palestinian flag. 22-year-old Kashif Khaliq, an Ibrox regular for 6 years, was escorted out by a police officer at half-time. His complaints that Israeli flags were also being waved fell on deaf ears. Khaliq said: “I first brought the flag out after Rangers scored in the fifth minute. One of the fans nearby complained so I put it away in my pocket. “Thirty minutes into the match another supporter came from further up the stand and shouted “Why the f*** were you waving that flag, it’s against our beliefs.” “At half time I was taken out of the stands by a police officer who told me I had to leave because I had the flag. I protested that other fans were waving Israeli flags, but he said that they couldn’t do anything about it. “I feel angry that I wasn’t even given the opportunity to stay in the ground with just the flag being confiscated. I was separated from my friends who were then left behind wondering what had happened to me.” http://www.osamasaeed.org/osama/2006/11/rangers_fan_thr.html Edited August 14, 2017 by Toepoke

sbcmfc
The reactions to the Rangers defeat are brilliant! Maybe Bobby Madden could referee all their games going forward. and the beetroot! I'm awaiting a statement saying ALL the Rangers fans had their Pringle jumpers ruined by beetroot.

Reevesy
I'm unable to post pics but I sent Cove Sheep 2 screenshots of the 'Ibrox Loyal' Facebook page from the Kyle Lafferty and Neil Lennon gestures. One is captioned as "love him or hate him, this is brilliant" and the other was "making an arse of himself" I'll let you guess which is which ? For what it's worth, we've had many players gesture at us over the years after we've been giving them stick, if it offends you then don't give it out. Absolutely pathetic.
