Robroysboy
WBA would be geographically more convenient for him than west ham. If he were to stay in his current house near manchester. To get a chance of european football west ham look as if they could qualify for europa where as tony pulis has been recruited toavoid relegation. Either move would be good as he needs regular first team games to be considered for scotland.

ErsatzThistle
Louis Van Gaal said that West Ham suddenly decided they only wanted him on loan and that Man Utd will only let him go on a permanent transfer.
ProudScot
What is the problem? Failed medical or personal terms? Also realised he would never get a game ahead of Song and Noble too probably

COLT NY
Glad he's going to the Brom rather than the Ham. I see them as more of a club where a team could be built around him. Also good to have so many Scottish midfielders in one Premiership midfield. Good luck to him!

Also good to have so many Scottish midfielders in one Premiership midfield. Good luck to him! He's clearly fallen out of favour at the Man. Although he could have come north and played for someone like the Nock or the Rov. Glad he's picking up his Car that had obviously stalled. Can only be good for his the Land appearances. Bristolhibby
Loads here we have no scooby about. Would love to think he would jump at a move to Valencia, but how old are his kids and at what point of their education are they ? Maybe his medical care would dictate staying put with Doctors who he sees regularly ? Is he the type who fancies a change of lifestyle with language etc ? Agreed. It's not as if he has anything to prove. He's won everything at club level. J

Auld_Reekie
Good move for Fletch, but hope he's given time to try and get some match fitness and sharpness back. Been a while since he played consistently and he wont be surrounded by the same calibre of player. Would absolutely love it if he went on to enjoy a great spell for West Brom though. And now I can go back to hating Man United and hoping they get get pumped every week. Everyone's a winner.

Robroysboy
When he was running show in CL semi finals? Fletcher could have been the difference in the final against barca. Fergie came out and said retrospectively that his absence was a big loss. Wishing darren all the best at his new club and see him challenging for a starting 11 slot with scotland.
