Orraloon
Anyone else remember when you walked in you would have to walk through a turnstile type thing then push your trolley through these red flap things lol That jist has to be a euphemism. redstevie007
When did you last go to the shops? Is "the store" not a term for the Co-op? I'm sure my mum used to slag my dads family for referring to the co-op as "the big store". Anybody use Willy lows or Presto? You'll be impressed in Presto
bonzo
You'll be impressed in Presto even before presto we hud the pick n save
Toepoke
Galbraith for me. If feeling flushed, Templetons. Templetons made your money go round... Fine Fare was the business, hard to beat having a cupboard full of yellow boxes and tins to show you were a cheapskate.
Deedee
Morrison's self-service tills are certainly not user friendly. They`ve got new ones now that actually work. Noticed some of the prices had dropped in my local Morrisons this morning.

"We're all going to Finefare, you get the cheapest wine there, na na nah, na na nah......." Sung at Kilbirnie Ladeside back in the day. The song then turns a little un-PC..... Not surprised it gets un-pc if ladeside fans are singing it seeing as they are a lower class of being lol
Bobby Russell's Lovechild
Aldis and Lidl are for junkies, jakies, tramps scroungers on benefits and Eastern European mingers. Try telling that to the Porsche, Range Rover and Jag driving families of Buckingham that frequent my local store ;-) Started shopping regularly in Aldi last year, really can see why the big four are going downhill. A £120 shop in Tesco's we can easily do for £80-90. On the whole very good quality stuff but the fruit and veg is a bit iffy.
1ANDYP
I don't know anyone that would say I'm going to the store. I'm away to the shops or I'm away for the messages. That's how real people speak.

As an aside, I love your user name, Bobby Russell is one of my favourite players of all time ??
