Obviously you'll have to get your ticket scanned to gain entry. (Same as at Hampden).

I guess the story is that even a purchased ticket if not scanned does not get you the points. Or so they say. I haven't come across any positive or negative confirmation from anyone that bought a ticket they had on the hampden app and didn't go, didn't get someone else to scan it, whether or not they got the point.

Folk are going to be paying hundreds of pounds for flights and accommodation and at least another couple of hundred on booze and food for a game we all know in advance is going to be a complete kickabout.

But some are drawing the line at paying £30 for a ticket which is about the going rate for a football match these days.

I imagine the £30 is due to the venue hire,stewards/not many people are going to be there.

Its literally the reason for going, will account for about 1/20th of the the cost of the trip yet folk moan.

26 degrees predicted. Superbock on the beach  and prota 6 wine, nice ittle location and surely a scotland win🤣 £30 seems nothing compared what we have paid in past and pay at hampden.

I live on the Algarve and it was 32 ☀️today ,  I’m heading along Sunday and staying in Loule for a couple of nights and I dare say will partake in a beer or 2 . Cristal 🍻over Superbock for me though

Who’s drawing a line at not going because of the match ticket price? 
 

I don’t see the OP or myself stating that. It was a general comment, quite frankly about a relevant topic. 

If you’d like to get into a bun fight about costs then I’m happy to share here what it’s costing me (plus others). You can certainly add an extra zero onto your ‘hundreds’ for starters. 

Please don’t be so judgemental because some people don’t feel that they’re not getting value from the ticket price for what is in essence ‘a game up the park’. And that off the back of an expensive away campaign, our governing body can’t absorb some of the ticket cost as a ‘thank you’ to the loyal maddies who do attend a week before the Euros.

Maybe see you in Faro for a beer over the weekend 🍻
