dandydunn
It's sad that the game has come to this. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/30604664
Cove_Sheep
No sympathy for him at all. If anything, it serves to show just how thick some footballers are.
Big Col
he knows the rules and he still does it - nae sympathy
Flure
It's sad that the game has come to this. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/30604664 Stupid, stupid rule. But a rule it is - and everyone knows it.
northernscum
It's sad that the game has come to this. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/30604664 It is sad, i agree. It's not as if players don't know the laws of the game though. He was already on a yellow and he should have known that removing his top would be another booking. Don't get me wrong, it's a ridiculous law.
Bristolhibby
It's a stupid rule, but it's a rule. Daft as a brush. But I still will always love him. J
Parklife
The compulsion to whip your top off after scoring is one which bemuses me. I presume his first booking was for similar bawbag behaviour.
Cove_Sheep
Surely this type of caution is definitely one that clubs should always punish their players for receiving.
Kirk
Its a shit rule but as has been said everyone knows the rule so its stupidity on his part. Clubs should defos fine players for being this thick.
sbcmfc
Like has been said, it's a daft rule, but we all know it. Suppose it can be a badge of honour; Craig Beattie for hearts in the semi final, as an example, but only if you've not been booked or are likely to get suspended! giblet
hearing about Ivan is a perfect excuse to put this on the board again. Watch for a young Broony playing out of his skin, an attacking box to box midfielder before ra Sellick turned him into a defensive midfield hard man.
