the Sunnylaw Jag
Alan Nelson, one of the writers behind Scotland Epistles, Bullshit and Thistles was asked to contribute to an article in the Irish Times in regards to the Tartan Army and the declining of the Old Firm fan base. It's quite interesting and thought provoking. Don't forget copies of the Epistles will be on sale next week at the game and it is still available on Ebay. http://www.irishtimes.com/sport/soccer/changing-nature-of-tartan-army-reflects-the-declining-influence-of-old-firm-1.1992565

Angus_Young
Piss poor article. How many Scotland fans were used for information gathering. 3? 4 maybe?
flynnyboy
And extremely poorly structure in it's published form. Seen plenty of postings from a number of individuals on fans sites like this that both in structure and content out this amateurish effort to shame. Somewhat condescending that they would put their organisations name to this "article"

ShedTA
Not sure he is saying anything worthwhile. Don't see how he can claim the tartan army has changed when if you go to games - especially away games the TA are made up of a large chunk who have been going for years.
