Since their return to the Premier League in 16/17 Rangers have had more penalties awarded against them in cup games than any other Premier League team.  Stats, eh?!

I would like to see the overall penalty stats... Your mob would come out with another DVD !! "Penalty to Rangers" starring James Tavernier, directed by John Beaton......

Danilo did what any player would have done. Hardly news. It was a pen. The ref saved VAR a job as they would have given it also. Its not even debatable.

Danilo did what every striker would do. Try to gain an advantage for his team.

He threw himself at Clark though, he wasn't brought down.

It's amazing how football has changed that people accept this as a foul.

Its very debatable, I know that's hard for you to comprehend since most rangers fans think getting soft penalties is normal practice 😆

I have no idea if these are accurate, I got them from a highland league board where two OF fans were having a barney

That footage of the fourth official grinning and nodding in approval at Clement after the second goal is correctly earning that man and the officiating of Scottish football in general serious criticism. Ridiculous to see that.

Perfectly acceptable behaviour if you are some Rangers supporters

I'm not doubting you VA, just seems Sevco get awarded a penalty nearly every match. When is the last time they conceded a penalty? If there was a golden boot for penalties, Tav would win hands down....

I am not sure but the above stats show its quite even since they made it into the Premiership which is a fair time frame to use.

A nods as good as a wink and as good as a dodgy handshake 🤔

Going out on a limb here. I think Aberdeen should get 50% of the cup final tickets. Should be released in blocks though. To allow any redistribution to Rangers fans.

Correct, we’ll never sell 50%, but should be given the chance too.

Doesn’t matter who plays in a final, every team deserves the chance to have an even split of fans in attendance. Set a cut off date and sell tickets in blocks starting behind the goal workings towards the halfway line, if tickets haven’t been sold by the cut off date then offer them to the other team in the final.

Would be more inclined to take my 8yo if it was a 50/50 stadium, wouldn't really be keen if it ends up a home game for Rangers. In reality they get their hands on all the other tickets not sold to the clubs in any case so won't actually be 50/50.

Interesting to see if Rangers are given tickets above us in the South Stand for a League Cup Final in Glasgow given we weren't allowed tickets above ICT for a League Cup Final in Glasgow and the seats were left empty.

Aberdeen sold 43,000 tickets for the 2014 final. They absolutely should be getting half the stadium.

You not think so?

I'd have thought you'd sell 23,000 for a final no issues.

Nah, Aberdeen fans are shitebags, we didn’t sell out the finals against Celtic as everyone assumed we would lose.

We sold these because everyone assumed we would pump caley easily.

Don't think anyone I went to thought we would pump them easily but most felt it was a winnable final compared to the other finals which are usually against one of the OF.

You know the fanbase better than me, but surely there will still be a big demand for tickets? You beat Rangers in Glasgow literally weeks ago.

We’ll probably take about 18/19k. The rest will use the reason of, delete as applicable.

Robson is a joke

Aberdeen are shite

The ref won’t let us win

Week before xmas

Stupid ko time

Players will bottle it anyway

The fair weather fans tends to be fucking idiots at pittodrie, there was a guy behind us at the county game wondering why we didn’t play that way against Frankfurt 3 days earlier, as this style would’ve destroyed them.

🤯 Bonkers attitude towards your club's first final in 5 years!

All finals should start as 50/50. If its possible / likely that one side might not sell the full allocation then tickets should be provided in blocks starting from the centre point of the ground and working away. Anything that isnt sold by a certain date can then be released for sale to the other side without impacting security etc.

It always baffles me how Scottish football seems to also complicate things and create drama when there is no need.
