More or less as below, it's a joy to see the English pundits up in arms as there is a threat to their monopoly. It's fine for them to have all the money and talent but not Saudi. Get it up them smelly cunts.

Couple of warmers totally agree

Slightly off topic but the sheer arrogance of the likes of Carragher, Neville and Redknapp (H) when Kane's move to Bayern was mooted was staggering.  They were all 100% convinced he'd be better to stay at Spurs and break Shearer's record than go to Bayern.  When it was pointed out that he could actually win trophies at Bayern they were unbelievably dismissive of the Bundesliga citing it as a one team league.  First of all, the EPL isn't much more than that these day City winning 5 of the last 6 and looking likely to keep that going for a few years.  And secondly, Bayern have won the same amount European Cup/Champion's Leagues as Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U and Man City combined!!

Aye they're a bunch of cunts, absolutely clueless with all things outside of engerland. Most leagues are 1 or 2 teams at best nowadays anyway. May aswell go somewhere and win some trophies.

This thing with Jota is bizarre.  £25M for a player they've now decided they don't want after 6 weeks.  Talk of him being shipped on loan to another Saudi club or even being let go as a free agent!!

Just received this, obviously taken with a pinch of salt, but it would make sense, surely he would know this before signing though.

So big story coming out in Saudi is jota is gay and club want him released before its widely known as its still seen as a crime in Saudi Arabia there willing to release him and pay the 3 year deal off 200k a week plus compensation to him. Easy option the 8 European player rule but this would seem a bit more realistic as to why he's being let go after spending £25 million on him.

Sounds like a classic made up story doing the rounds on whatsapp. I have to believe that nobody would go to Saudi to play football if they were openly gay

There’s a follow up message to the one above saying the reason Jota left Celtic is he was found in a clinch with another current player on a treatment table at Lennoxtown. It’s absolute bollocks.

Just seen that just now too, think we can put that one to the “didn’t happen” column 😂😂

What a welt, just say you’ve went for the money and be done with it. Remember Souness saying the reason he’d never played in the Scottish leagues was because it was his profession and he could earn much more elsewhere, this cunt is so desperate to keep reputation as a man of the people its fucking nauseating

But he says he’s really hurt. I hope he’s ok. Must be a very difficult time for him.
And some of his best friends are gay:

“I have family and friends in the LGBTQ+ community."

And he wore rainbow laces - unbelievable bravery!
