scotlad
Labour obviously don't want the SNP to get any credit for the motion, in case it makes them look better, but in doing so Labour are just making themselves look worse. The reality, of course, is that no one else apart from the politicians and their most entrenched of supporters cares a jot whose bill gets voted for, so long as the parliament gets the message out there that there should be an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. The poor souls over there certainly couldn't care less who or what brings it about.

They can't really hide behind any spin or jostling with the SNP with this issue because it is so much in focus through every media source. We know what each party has supported from the start. Many can see that allowing so much ongoing harm under the guise of self defence is baffling so to act all concerned now (inc the Royals) is a bit hollow. Pathetic. They had no intention of discussing a motion for a cease fire but they've been bullied into it by the snp, now they're trying to spin it round. Well played Stephen flynn and the snp in westminster.

Ally Bongo
How do you get a job with Police Scotland ... Police Scotland has so far spent more than £1.3 million on a probe into the SNP’s finances, according to estimates in a Freedom of Information release That figure seems extremely high in comparison to other high profile cases

Alibi
https://wingsoverscotland.com/the-final-betrayal/ Not sure where to put this, but FFS. Not content with trying to commit electoral suicide with the genderwoowoo shite, the SG are now proposing restrictions on a load of foods. Given that most of them seem to be excessively fat, this is hypocritical in the extreme, and nutritional nonsense as well. Do they go out of their way to damage their electoral hopes deliberately or are they just utterly thick? An independence party should be seeking independence, not trying to turn us all into some sort of health freaks. and porridge FFs, it's one of the healthiest breakfasts you can have. Who thinks up this flawed shite?

It's probably a massive exaggeration - must be a slow week if this is what Wings is harping on about I'd bet someone in Holyrood has leaked this to the Yoon press when it's probably a lot of shite That said there is a good argument for reducing our sugar intake - that's the biggest killer out there

Who thinks up this flawed shite? It just ridiculous hyperbole from the worm that turned. It's not the porridge oats that is bad for you it's the crazy amount of added sugar that some manufacturers put into their ready to eat breakfast cereals. They turn a very healthy foodstuff into shit by whacking loads of sugar into it. Anybody who puts sugar into porridge is worth the watching. Not necessarily because I think he is talking pish ( although i suspect it) but because of the totally unnecessary personal remarks about folk. He sounds like the male equivalent of Katie Hopkins. He has the cheek to have a strap line that reads ‘soaring above Scottish politics’ when he is spewing gutter journalism.

Without commenting on the specifics, surely governments have a duty to promote good health in the population, smoking bans, minimum pricing, wearing seatbelts etc. An unhealthy population hits the economy due to days lost because of illness and also puts more strain in the NHS. PapofGlencoe
Wings is now simply an anti-snp bore. There doesn't seem to be any other agenda but bashing them now the trans stuff, hpma aren't being pursued and oil jobs backed last week. Looks like the sort of article he used to debunk back in the good days.
