Ok Bro. What's up Bro. Awe Bro. Yes Bro. Bro? Bro? New language from my son with his pals. Does my nut in. He even called his mother "Bro". That's when I stepped in. "She is Mum, not Bro". 🤣🤣

People using the word "Tea" for dinner.

"I'm going to eat my Tea".

Tea is a drink! How can you eat Tea?!

Breakfast, dinner, tea

Why not "Breakfast, dinner, coffee" ?

What do you call your meal on Christmas Day? Christmas lunch?

Nah, didn’t think so :wave:

Christmas dinner.

Wait, what? I just looked back. You call means in chronologic order: Breakfast, Dinner, Tea?

It's Breakfast, Lunch, dinner and then supper.

Proves my point exactly :ok:

It does?

Since when is dinner the second meal of the day?

If you're at work do you have a lunch hour or a tea hour?

It's Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and then Supper.

@Chripper

It does indeed. You have your Christmas dinner mid afternoon

Im going to throw cat in amongst the pigeons here, seen as I’m on earlys I just say I’m away for my breakfast brek but when I worked 9-5 I’d go on my dinner brek

Really I've never heard anyone say "dinner break".

Even though it's noon?

Noon is when most people who are on a 9-5 start going for their dinner

@Chripper

That's so confusing to me.

Dinner's usually the biggest meal of the day, not something you can pack in a plastic box. :P
