silverbear
Port Vale, Elgin, Plymouth & Braintree. Elgin How the hell did they lose to Clyde? Cost me a 43/1 fourfold.
Jersey Jim
Silverbear. 15 of us in our little betting group put on 15 teams every Saturday 3 x£5 Accas and a £5 15 team Acca ( hope that makes sense) . We all pick one team each, today we got 13 out 15, Elgin let us down and the other was Sheffield United, who ironically were the shortest price of all 15. 15 team Acca paid over half a million quid :-( Only consolation is one of the 5 team ac paid £

HIGHTOWER 1314
I had peterbrough, luton, plymouth, grimsby, cheltenham, ayr and clyde which paid £130 for a £2 stake.I bottled it and cashed out for £102 and the coupon come in but still no bad.If raith had been playing today i wouldnt have cashed out so st.mirren cost me £28 I had another line on and sheffield utd let me down for a 4 team acca worth £78 with 2.5 goals per game. silverbear
Jersey Jim. I feel your pain - that's some bad luck. Airdrie not scoring v Dunfermline also cost me a btts treble but small potatoes by comparison. £500k ?
Jersey Jim
Jersey Jim. I feel your pain - that's some bad luck. Airdrie not scoring v Dunfermline also cost me a btts treble but small potatoes by comparison. £500k 15 of us been doing this bet for a few years now, probably never come as close again. The lad who put it on this week hasn't got a bookies account and done it in Hills shop, It would have been interesting to see what various "cash outs" we would have been offered if done online, at one point after Sheff Utd equalized none of the teams were losing and 10 or 11 were winning. It was a possibility that they were looking at a half million loss, any bookies on here care to hazard a guess what a cash out offer might have been? Never mind it was only around £36K each :-( Edited November 15, 2015 by Jersey Jim
The Laud
Me too. 7/8. Saw the second half and they were all over sarfend. 3 off the woodwork.Three off the woodwork.that disnae make me feel better.
HIGHTOWER 1314
Me too. 7/8. Saw the second half and they were all over sarfend. 3 off the woodwork. That makes it even worse as they done my other coupon plus i have them to win the league and if the 6 teams win its £200k.Looking at the leagues at the moment there is more chance of raith winning the champions league than that coupon coming in. Larky Masher
This weeks disasters are Hibs, Rangers, Leyton Orient and Wigan, only 3/1 but part of me new low(er) risk higher stake approach which working OK. Falkirk, Oxford United, Braintree and Plymouth a wee bit riskier but still not big odds will Falkirk at even the longest price.
Jersey Jim
Can't believe that our Greenock cousins as high as 5/2 to win tonight. 4 wins on the spin for them and Saints have been truly woeful this season, no home league wins this season, but is a derby I suppose, form out of the window and all that, but if I was neutral I would be all over Morton at that price.
