GhostZapper
exactly - it has to be the official line. Although in this case, it doesn't seem to even be the official line - I still haven't seen anything from the FAI - only one ticket tout website
peever1745
We hear this every away game.
John_B81
Not sure what needaticket are playing at So glad I decided against taking one of their tickets. Suspected something dodgy about them and I'm being proven right. Sounds like they're unreliable and messing folk about.
DaveyDenoon
Yeah the home FA will alwYs take this stance as official. In reality they behave different. Tha FAW official stance before both Cardiff games (friendly and qualifier) was that no Scots would get in the home end and that was 100% going to be enforced. In both games, walked up to the turnstiles kilted up, asked the stewards if we'd be ok gettig in and their reaction was of course we would, along with a very puzzled look as if to say why on earth would they refuse us entry. My Mrs had also driven through to Cardiff with a change of clothes for me and my mate and was parked up in the Asda car park beside the stadium in the pishing rain just in case Anyone with tix for the home end on Saturday will be fine. Lairdyfaeinverclyde
Can't see the FAI selling tickets and posting them to Scotland then not letting people in?
ParisInAKilt
Aye I wouldn't worry about Scotland colours, I suspect needaticket are saying that for some reason.
Saints11
Received the same phone call that others have obviously received from needaticket.ie. Basically told to collect tickets on the day of the game from their office from 12:00 onwards. Reason given was that the FAI don't want away fans in away colours in the home end. Asked about early collection and was told that tickets will only be given out on match day from 12 onwards. Ah well one lad will have to pack a pair of jeans & an Ireland top in their bag to collect the tickets before nipping back to the hotel to change into their kilt. Will be happier when tickets are in hand but not worried about the away fans in home end warning. Standard, required & expected response from the host association. Quite sure the SFA will have a similar policy in place.

Better not be any dramas on Saturday because you're then cutting it very neat to get a ticket.

Was there any mention of there being a pick up when you bought them? Also read through their terms and conditions before you turn up, best to be informed on their policies! http://www.needaticket.ie/info_pages.php?pages_id=5?osCsid=e8b3af506f9ebfab6abf5e3f2bc5e2d1 Edited June 8, 2015 by kmcca5

Dalgety Bay TA
This sounds ominous http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055563507 Its always going to happen with these type of sellers when demand is higher than supply. They have to have enough people willing to sell them tickets to meet the demands. Sounds like in the case linked, and possibly this game (hopefully not) they didn't have. gallus79
And that link is from 6 years ago. Hope the SFA are able to clarify if we will get in to home end.
scottincarlisle
And that link is from 6 years ago. Hope the SFA are able to clarify if we will get in to home end. All the SFA will clarify is you shouldn't be in the home end at any away game.
hendo70
I Ordered tickets as well they told me the same thing. They said no colours because they had too much trouble with the polish
Donegal-lad
Guys the company is a tout site they need to get the tickets 1st before selling them. Often sites like this sell tickets before they have them in hand and I feel this is what's happened here. The demand for tickets has been huge so they wouldn't of got as many as they thought they would I'd call their bluff and turn up at the office looking for tickets. They have some explaining to do if didn't have enough tickets
viva la mike
I ordered mine via ticketmaster and they posted them no problems. Worst case scenario just approach the turnstile taps aff put on an irish accent. Some Irish might wear a kilt i supose?? Or wear your top bit stick on an accent and say you swapped tops on the way to the ground.
