Jagtag
Rotten. Slow predictable shit In possession and all over the place when Ireland have possession.
Rossy
Humiliating. We've effectively capitulated and we're simply allowing Ireland to rack up points. We have the mentality of losers. It's getting harder to justify our place at the top table of international rugby.

It's getting harder to justify our place at the top table of international rugby. I don't think we can justify playing at the top table anymore, you can just see it when next years fixtures come out all the other teams will hope they have Scotland on the last day if there is scenario like today they will know they have the weakest team to play and hence be assured of maximum points . Scotland that was a fecking disgrace today !!!!!!!!
one t in scotland
The rugby was grand today for a change. England v. France in particular tremendous. Scotland truly horrific once again - how Murrayfield still sells out is a mystery to me.
Bristolhibby
As much as the England v France game was the most insane game of rugby I have watched, I can't help but feel it was purely because England knew exactly what was required of them before kick off and pretty much threw the kitchen sink at France from the off. The reckless nature of the game meant the mental amount of try's were scored. That simply wasn't fair. All games on the final day should KO at the same time. Think we are only in it for the benefit of our rival fans for a good week end in Edinburgh I could understand this feeling if we got humped in every game, but today aside if we had have won the other 4 games, the opposition couldn't have complained. We were so close against France, Wales and England. And even playing terribly against Italy we were finding touch away from winning that game. I know if my Auntie had balls she'd be my uncle, but some perspective chaps. We have a decent World Cup group where I will be looking for us to kill games off and progress from the groups. England and Wales on the other hand are in a group with Australia. One of them will be going home early. J
Orraloon
For once I was pleased the TMO didn't award Scotland a try, need to make it as hard for England as possible... Aye, me too. If I had been in Stuart Hoggs position I would have dropped the ball deliberately as well. Good man. Those 5 points made all the difference. Well done Ireland. I am still looking forward to the World Cup. Although we have been total pish in the 6 nations, I think we might do OK at the World Cup. England going out at the first round would be a nice bonus. Pool Q
Enjoyable day in front of the TV watching the rugby, allowing for a hapless performance by Scotland's assortment of headless chickens. Can't beat the Six Nations. England unlucky in the end, foiled by a remarkably spirited effort by a very ordinary French side. Hertsscot
Been ill all day feeling like death warmed up, flu type symptoms. So I've spent whole day on the sofa guilt free watching most bizarre / entertaining day of rugby. We left our worst performance for last, Wales in that second half were incredible and for once I'm glad a Scotland try was disallowed.
CTV
I know what you're saying about leaving our worst performance until last, but to be honest the whole way it panned out was predictable even if the margin of humiliation wasn't. The usual championship story in recent years - start off with creditable performances against stronger teams, but lose. 'Brave Scotland', but lose. Play Italy, and if you can't get past that one, you've had it. Fall away alarmingly towards the end of the championship when the initial self-belief and fight has drained away after losing every week, and when the lack of strength in depth begins to tell. Lose again, by surprising margins. Cannon fodder. The best that can be said about it is that for a change we do have some genuinely good players for the future - Jonny Gray, Tommy Seymour, I would say Finn Russell too - who will get better and better with age. But we still look like we are completely bereft of real character and winners. A Paul O'Connell or a Finlay Calder. We have boys who turn up, play rugby as the supporting cast, and get used to losing. As for me, I am sick to the back teeth of trying to tell my crying 5 year old boy at full time that we do actually win matches! Unsurprisingly his AI memories have faded.
