If the complaint is up held it could be a serious matter.They were notified months back that if they didn't comply they wouldn't be allowed to vote. Reading some of the live tweets it seems the Judge is less than impressed with Sports Direct bringing this to court. Also mentioned by Rangers QC that the £5M loan was repaid yesterday.
