Forgetting devolved issues or putting independant to one side, what three laws would you create or change if you were running the country.

1 - Linking the top paid person in the company to the bottom by a factor of 75. So if the minimum wage stayed at £6.50, the top salary can be no more than £1million.

2 - Tax the income on additional homes at a rate of 90% (or make it illegal to own more than one house but I can see the benefits for looking after family members)

3 - Driving licenses to last 10 years but free to resit your test on renewal.

1 - Reform tax system. Nobody on minimum wage pays, evasion/avoidance aggressively pursued;
