ZoltanBuchan
Interesting result from Hamilton. Easy SNP hold, but of the 10% of the vote that Labour lost, a full 90% went to the Tories! That's surely hardcore Unionist No voters?

Thus both votes SNP (despite very, very nearly giving my own second vote to the Greens ?).

ZoltanBuchan
Strong hold for Lib Dems in Shetland as well. Turnout 62%. Nationally it doesn't seem to be as high as that, but it's looking like its up on last time all across the country.

kumnio
So far, SNP gain 2 from Labour, Tories gain 1 from Labour.

kumnio
Only interesting thing is that Labour voters are switching to Tories. No great surprise for some.
AlfieMoon
Pattern confirmed now that Labour vote is splitting to SNP and Tory. Looks like they're finished unless they can do something drastic to embrace change. Even if they embrace an openness to Indy and/or split to a separate Scottish Labour Party then these stances would divide their vote that is currently hanging. Difficult to see a way back. Could be a gradual progression to SNP vs Tory with voters choosing sides based on Indy and entrenching that position.
