dandydunn
Itd give the polish players a boost? Like Scotland fans being all over grounds. Does this upset you too?
Slide tackle
Like Scotland fans being all over grounds. Does this upset you too? Doesnt upset me no, but i was pointing out what the problem is, but as the tartan army do it to im not saying it shouldnt be allowed
jimstroma
We will sell out Hampden no bother. Once all members have been given a chance to buy a ticket they should allow them to buy more before General sale

kmcca5
The Irish have had the right idea if you want to make it difficult, keep it in the ssc or do similar promotional things to sell tickets through sponsors to try and keep the home end Scottish. Make away fans work for it like the Irish have. General sales just opens it up to away fans getting in.
deecie
was talking to a polish guy who lives in Scotland he was saying rather than not getting into the game or paying well over the odds that he and his pals who have a Scottish address have and intend to join the ssc to get tickets, perhaps someone from ssc/sfa can clarify if there has been a rush on memberships recently That doesn't even make sense. Joining the SSC to just buy a single ticket would be paying over the odds.
washboarder
deecie rather than pay 245 for hospiltality or buy off viagogo its cheaper to have a membership and buy a ticket all in about £100. if you read my comment "WELL over the odds" how does it not make sence. we have guys paying over the odds for Dublin ie 100 euro and we also have guys paying well over the odds aswell 200 euro. I don't know anyone else on the forum who thinks it dosent make sence. it also gives him the chance to buy a ticket for the Germany game which he could sell for more than his original outlay, I think its what people call enterprise these days. basically hes getting to see his own team for nothing.while we pay at least 35 quid to see the same game. Do the maths hes more switched on than most of us. Edited May 28, 2015 by washboarder
alaninalba
I have access to 4 season tickets, (myself and the 3 weans, [all adult tickets]) and will order more tickets if someone wants them. I really enjoyed my trip to Warsaw and the Polish people were great, but was very surprised at the number of Poles at the Irish game and would certainly not want that at Hampden, we really need to try to prevent that. stirlish
There are apparently 250,000 poles living in Ireland and that was the reason so many got tickets. surely there are fewer than that in Scotland? Also, i think the irish were slow to back their country, this has happened again to a certain extent- the FAI keep having pre sales because the uptake hasnt been strong enough to sell out the stadium for our match.i think it points to 2 factors, the Aviva is too big for football (not rugby though). And the fans are staying away more than previously (pricing issues maybe?). Scotland has a larger traditional fan base which should help keep the poles in our end to a minimum. Slide tackle
I go to school with loads of poles and theyre all trying to get tickets, wont be getting any of me but wouldnt be surprised if most of them got a ticket one way or another
Squirrelhumper
It's unfortunate but 3000 polish fans would probably out sing the tartan army these days anyway. Yip.
Geed
The sfa should just give each SSC member the chance to buy one extra ticket to ensure all tickets go to scotland fans, sure everyone will know someone in the SSC to get them one. If it goes to a public sale going to see alot of Poles in the home end and we need make sure we get as much as an advantage at home as possible as its a massive game we need to win. wanderer
2/3 months ago the 2 Polish boys in my work asked me about tickets..... said I was happy to help out (thinking it would only be 2 or 3 tickets they were after.....) but they were asking for 25 tickets! Since then more have been added to that list as seems as the game gets closer and Poland have a strong chance of winning the group in their eyes, they all want to attend this game. At U Peter
Can't see there being a public sale for this one.

Jagtag
Not all poles live in Scotland though.Just over the border there is thousands who would like to go to this game. I think it showed when I booked flights from London. Even 6 months in advance the prices were high and limited seats available on some flights.
