Decent first half, scrappy second half. Game riddled with ridiculous incidents of play acting. Embarrassing at times. Fair result in the end though I think. For 50 minutes Madrid were the better team and could have been 2 goals up. But then Neymar himself missed a sitter when it was 1 - 0. And after Suarez goal Madrid went missing and Barca probably could feel annoyed at not winning by more. The Barcelona I loved during the Guardiola years are fading with every season. Benzema was probably Real's best player on the night, Pique looks to be back to somewhat near his best and as expected, Neymar and Bale were shite. Had no idea who they were at first (until I spotted Ryan Stevenson), but you could just tell they were footballers. Far too many sleeve and neck tatoos, and in all honesty you don't see that many black guys in glasgow. Anyway, Abdul Osman would have fit right in to this picture, pretty honking gear including (presumably non prescription) daft glasses.
