Ashley will try to loan more against the assets and run the club through proxy. The SFA have him up for this on a charge, hearing to be held end of Jan. I don't think king is really a player in this anymore. The Ashley thing is just the status quo then really. So what happens to the share offer if Ashley can't underwrite it?
