Guest flumax
I like Martin Compston and thought he done ok. Thought sweet 16 was a much better film tbh.Excellent film imo. Watched filth recently, he was awful on that, but so was every one.
DaveyDenoon
Thought it was a decent film, particularly when relating it back to the real life events that inspired it. I'm still struggling to get the logic though of portraying Arthur Thompson with a Northern Irish accent! That kinda spoiled it for me really. the_burger
Haven't seen Wee Man but I saw Filth and thought it was an excellent film. Very stylistic. Quite exaggerated at times, but I thought that's how it was supposed to come across. Sweet Sixteen is a great film. Nobody does social realism quite like Loach
adamntg
I quite liked Filth too. The Wee Man was a load of old bollocks.
Toepoke
Sweet Sixteen is a great film. Nobody does social realism quite like Loach As proud Greenockians my mother in law and pals went on an old ladies day out to see it. To say they were shocked and unimpressed is an understatement! Brummie Hibs
Thought Filth was great. Not quite up there with Trainspotting, but excellent nonetheless.
