Aged 79

Rangers most prolific post war striker with 145 goals in 163 games

Moved to Preston and then Aberdeen, helping them win the Scottish Cup in 1970

Was capped 5 times between 1965 and 1971 but never scored

Different times. 145 goals in 163 games for Rangers and got 2 Scotland caps in that time!! We’d be building a team round him now!

For most of the 60s you would be fighting for a place up front with Denis Law and Alan GIlzean

Shite time to be a good Scottish striker tbh

Nah, yous would sign a jobber from the lower end of the EPL on loan or a fringe Welsh international and the homegrown Scottish player wouldn't get a chance to play.

Wasnt in the squad for the Berwick game and played with Rangers till 69
