Barney Rubble Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 Don't want to piss on anyone's parade here folks, but from previous experience expect stringent police checks around the stadium. Don't be surprised if you aren't allowed to your originally allocated area. Having said that, given that the local constabulary in Glasgow requested a section be opened for the UK based Albanian fans at Hampden, then some goodwill will hopefully be forthcoming in Shkodra.
