When are you all starting your journeys to Albania then? Me and hubby are flying down to Luton on the 6.10pm Easyjet flight from Edinburgh tomorrow.

Take english notes, Lots of exchange places in tirana.

Managed to rebook for the wizz Friday flight. Cancelled both Luton airport and tirana hotels (had free cancellation) and re booked other hotels. Changed my easyjet flight from the fri to the thurs night which cost £46. In total we have had to shell out an extra £160 or so because of Wizz Air.

We are now 2 nights in the Sky Hotel. Had to cancel my original hotel due to the Wizz Air flight changes.

What hotels have you all booked in to?

I just received an email from wizz saying our 6am flight on Sat 17th has been changed to 6.50am Fri 16th. We have Easyjet flights down to Luton booked for the Friday night plus a hotel in Luton. Dont know what to do now.

So is it Elbasan then? Going to get my husband to check. There are plenty of buses (mini buses and single deckers) that leave from Tirana and pick you up on the streets. Cheap and basic. Just pay when you get on.

I hope not. Hope ours is in Elbasan from a selfish point of view.

That's us now fully booked Fri 16th 6.10pm Easyjet Edinburgh to Luton Overnight in Ibis Hotel Luton airport Sat 17th 6.00am Wizz Luton to Tirana Overnight in Hotel Vila e Arte 2 nights with in-laws Tues 20th 12.10pm BA Tirana to Edinburgh via Gatwick Around £480 in total for 2 of us.

Just booked the flight (2 adults @ £60 odd each one way including the £30 membership). Is the game def scheduled for 7.45pm on the Saturday night? No chance of it being moved to the Friday? Staying the Friday night at a Luton airport hotel for the 6am flight on the Saturday. 1 night in Tirana and 2 nights with the family as planned before our flight home on the Tues. Cannae wait.
