Orraloon
saw saintlyscot looking very smart outside the Errol polling booth with his Scotland Travel Club tie on when i went to vote after dropping the kids off at School My English wife is just back after putting a X in the yes box. Very proud of her I think she deserves a bunch of flowers for that.
Flora MaDonald
My wife has voted, but I've not yet - she says there was no-one else there when she voted at 8:15 this morning. That is in Glasgow East. On my way to work, I passed 3 polling stations, no queue at any, and one No & one Yes standing outside each place. Just you bide in the hoose!! killiefaetheferry
I think she deserves a bunch of flowers for that. I think she deserves something altogether more robust for that. My wife has also voted Yes. Wisnae sure she would but she did, despite being from Corstorphine

Wisnae sure she would but she did, despite being from Corstorphine are all our wives voting yes out of loyalty do you think? my wife really could not make up her mind and was fairly confused by all the info being blasted at her. I was sure she was a no and then just went in and voted yes. women truly are a fascination.
Fairbairn
Spoke to a mate this morning who has been a staunch no for months and in a moment of clarity voted Yes at the last minute this morning! Hopefully more of them to follow!

My mrs has been telling me to shut the fack up about it for weeks now but we had a 10 minute walk up to Panmurefield to vote so I chatted to her about Andy Murray, hope v fear etc. She says it was Andy Murray that did it ! Then admitted that she initially thought I was biased and paranoid but that she began to realise what was actually going on when the 3 amigos fired up for some lovebombing. TartanTeddy
No one told me it was going to be quite so emotional. Heart racing a bit at the ballot box, vote cast at fourteen minutes past one, walked outside feeling a bit teary and as I started up the road a wee old women walking the other way clocked the badge and as I was walking past very quietly said thank you - I just lost it! Weeping like a child I'm away for a lie down, can only imagine the rollercoaster tonight! TT

MacWalka
Voted at about 10 this morning. Massive grin on my face as I left. Took me about 4 attempts to get the paper in the box though, my palms were sweaty, knees weak, arms were heavy, I had vomit on my sweater already, my mum's spaghetti. Debian
Just finished work in Dublin and heading for the airport. Should be home for about 9 in Glasgow to vote. Anyone wanting Duty Free?
littleboyblue
That's it, vote cast. Not sure i savoured it the way i intended to. I started getting very twitchy driving the last few yards to the polling station. Been emotional all day reading other people's accounts but i turned in to mr stern and got the job done. Probably looked like a No!!
Craggers
I'm trying to hold out til about 8pm to vote. Build up the tension a bit. Not voted in nearly 20 years so I guess I'm another one of the "missing million" who is YES!
