wembley67lisbon
I think that's fair. If Aberdeen beat Celtic to the league it is the equivalent of my 9 year old beating me at chess. Really, I can't think of a team in the world with a bigger built in advantage in their league. The Premiership is multi-millionaires Celtic who have so much money they can't spend it versus 11 clubs without a pot to piss in. What nonsense. We have the biggest resources yes but the gap between Celtic and Aberdeen isn't as big as say certain clubs in Russia, Spain or even England. Leicester winning the English Premiership would be a far far bigger achievement than Aberdeen. There team cost 27 million compared to Chelsea, man city, man united. AberdeenAngus
Celtic have spent over £10m on players this season. Aberdeen have spent £0.

wembley67lisbon
You seem to specialise in posting utter guff. Right. Explain how Aberdeen winning the spl would be a greater achievement than Leicester winning the English premier league. Look at what man city et al spend every year on transfers on wages. Then look at Leicester. its like Ross county or Partick winning the spl. Not Aberdeen. Scotland's second (third if your being realistic) biggest club with a pretty decent wage bill. AberdeenAngus
Leicester wage bill for 15/16 said to be £48.2m. Chelsea highest at £215.6m. Man City £193.8m. Aberdeen's is circa £5.5m and Celtic's circa £36m.
slasher
It's no gonnae happen anyway, so why don't you all just relax. How do I know this for sure? sbcmfc
There must be a saturation point, where actually you can't effectively throw any more money at players. Maybe that is a factor in Leicester pushing these teams? Just a thought.
