That your way of saying they're shite and need a midfield general?

Not at all. I'm far from being a "midfield general". I'm a big pussy when it comes to tackling. Id like to think I can put my foot on the ball, calm things and retain possession though. Although the park today was shocking and made that difficult for anyone.

So in many ways you're like Barry Ferguson....

This weekends fixture has been called off after Stirling uni suspends all teams after recent issues covered in the media. Glenvale now have a friendly away to Milton with a 2pm jp

I've played Milton a couple of times in the Scottish Cup. They used to be a very decent side (nae quite decent enough mind), are they any good these days?

Who did you play for mate?

There are 3 Milton teams now. 2 of them play in the stirling and district although they dont actually have affiliation to each other. I would add that this was the case two seasons ago. May well have changed.

The 3rd team play in the Caledonian. Still pretty decent although not challenging for the Scottish like they used to . They have a. Affiliation to one of the stirling and district sides.

This was while playing for Echt FC. We got the the quarters of the Scottish two years running. In first year, away from home, a very dodgy ref, hence my love of them, gave a very soft pen in last minute to that years eventual winners - Knockentiber. I'm not bitter at all! They were a pretty decent side though, and they knocked us out the year after too....

Very decent side. Still a decent side as far as I'm aware.
