As are Turkey by giving foreign fighters access via their border and also medical attention as well. Remember who armed them as well, when they were fighting Assad. The way ISIS have shot the video, it almost looks like something out of a TV show/film. A high quality video, with scenes showing the pilot surrounded by armed men, the pilot being forced to march towards the cage, etc. How this "war" can be won, I've no idea. It won't be through bombing the feck out of ISIS controlled areas though. That's only likely to entrench the views on the innocent civilian and create a whole new set of ISIS soldiers.
