1320lichtie
C'mon! Wonder how we will line up. WGS says Fletch definitely out. Personally would go; Marshall Whittaker Hanley Martin Robertson Mulgrew Broonie Russell Maloney Anya Naismith
1320lichtie
Really want to beat them!!! Will be recording the game on ITV incase, Tyldesley and Townsend would be reduced to tears
Ally Bongo
Strachan said there would be lots of changes so that line up is unlikely as it's too near Friday's team However there is a lot of anger that both sides may field weakened or second string line ups due to how much people are paying to go to the game
fringo
I don't think I've ever been so unenthusiastic about a Scot v Eng game in my entire life. No doubt I'll be pumped up on Tues evening but I've barely given this game a thought.
Robroysboy
It will be a B team plus Scott brown if he's up for it. If not brown it will be fletcher ( darren) captaining the side I imagine. Edited November 15, 2014 by Robroysboy
King Of Paisley
Agree with you Fringo. Last night was far more important. Obviously want to win to get it up the English media and commentators and the obvious kudos, but was far more up for last night than I am for Tuesday. 1320lichtie
Felt underwhelmed about the away friendly right up until the anthems... But after they were over, right fired up for it Edited November 15, 2014 by 1320lichtie

irish
I wasn't at the game last night but just wondering would there any craic/drinking with English fans before and after the game like there was with our lads? Or will there be a complete separation of the two sets of fans? Have to admit I met a good few English fans at the euros and they were bang on and very nice and not like the Rule Britannia vermin that usually travel to away games. DoonTheSlope
We should be going all out to turn them over
Caledonian Craig
I think we can expect lots of team changes due to injuries and Gordon perhaps wanting to take a look at other players. I can see us lining up like this (or something like it):- Craig Gordon Steve Whittaker Gordon Greer Russell Martin Andrew Robertson+ Scott Brown Charlie Mulgrew Darren Fletcher Shaun Maloney Ikechi Anya Steve Naismith
King Of Paisley
Irish - I think the situation will be completely different on Tuesday. This game will be a magnet for bampots like the English Defence League to come up here and cause all sorts of grief. Think the England fans will be kept in a specific area of the city and escorted up to Parkhead.

I currently live down in London and according to news reports a number of their ticket allocation has been returned unsold so don't expect a big following. wheres the pies
so how many tickets have been actually sold for the game ?
Caledonian Craig
so how many tickets have been actually sold for the game ? I'd guess that the attendance may (at best) be around 40,000. Just an educated guess mind.
wheres the pies
you reckon the 40 mark well that's no bad considering the prices for a friendly and also a few weeks before Christmas
Toepoke
Has never been a better chance to beat them.. Really? England are playing pretty well right now. There's been times in the past when we've had a much better team than them but not at the moment. I'd guess that the attendance may (at best) be around 40,000. Just an educated guess mind. Appreciate the SSC website's not been the most reliable for explaining ticket availability but there's less than 1000 seats left for sale... Hirta_1976
It's nearly a sell out with restricted view tickets only left.

northernscum
They mentioned on the radio this morning that Marshall is carrying a wee knock, so almost definitely Gordon making his amazing comeback complete! I don't think there will be very many other changes (initially anyway). Looking for a positive result with the guys desperate to maintain the momentum in the last game of the year.
