As I said before, work out the sources you think are trustworthy and then test what they say with your own knowledge and experience to establish whether or not you think it’s credible or not. You don’t seem to trust *any* source and don’t believe what anyone is telling you. Everyone can’t be lying all the time, you need to work out the difference for yourself.
