After the Austria game we suffered a DDoS attack which kept knocking the board over. This created issues for people getting on and threw up a number of different error messages.

We've put some things in place, upgraded the server and the board software and hopeful everything is now sorted.

Could anyone who is having issues please try logging out, and clearing their cache then logging back in.

https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/how-to-clear-browser-cache/

If you still have issues then please email team@tamb.net with the details including browser and device and any error messages and I'll collate them all and try and sort any issues

On my phone yes, but i can't even open the website on my laptop to log out so using a private browser

Don't worry about the logging out bit if you can't but follow above link and clear cache for your browser, We've found that helps users.

Right, while using Edge

Press CTRL+SHIFT+Delete

A little box will appear saying "Clear Browsing Data".

Select Time Range "All Time" in the drop down menu.

Then make sure the first 4 boxes below that are ticked.

Leave the other boxes after the first 4 boxes un-ticked. ESPECIALLY Passwords!

Press "Clear Now".

Good luck.

Result 👍🏻

I’m still having issues on the IPad using Safari, it’s fine for looking at a few pages then says permission denied and gives the 403 error message.

Tired clearing the cache and also logging out then in but still getting issues

I'm still having problems getting on to the site, (using firefox) 403 errors and all sorts of other rubbish.

Done everything it says in the guides, way to many times to count, and it is still hit and miss if the site works (Took me 4 attempts to log in to post this).

I've been getting that last 24 hrs from my laptop yet I can get on the TAMB with my work computer (at home).

Help anyone ?

Fringo, this happens to me sometimes but only when using my WiFi at home. If I switch the WiFi off its fine or if I use the WiFi in work it's also fine.

I need wifi on my laptop to get online. I have work laptop at home and can access tamb although I'm not signed in on that one. My home laptop is ancient but it still doesn't explain error as I've been using tamb on that one for years.
