Nope 19th century is 1 January 1801 – 31 December 1900, according to the article the next person is the world's oldest human being is now Jamaican Violet Brown, who was born on March 10, 1900. So they were born in the 19th century too, just not the 1800's. Pedantry i know but also true.

I was fairly sure that thplinth was no youngster, but I didn't think he was that age. He will be missed on here. Sad, sad news.
