Garywag
An absolute game of 2 halves last night. Thistle rank rotten in first half, could not get a hold of the game and if it wasn't for some wonder saves from Cerny and a few missed chances from Utd we could have gone in at half time 3 or 4 down. Come out 2nd half and Thistle control most of the half, lovely team goal from us which was a bit of a sucker for Utd as they will likely feel they didn't deserve to lose that game and it would have been hard to disagree based on first half anyway. Cracking turn out for a Tuesday night from Utd, fair play to all 1900 that are getting behind the team all the way to survive. Play like they did against us in first half but with better finishing and there's a chance they will be saved, at least from automatic relegation. As for Thistle, disappointed Celtic couldn't do us a turn to get us into top 6 going into the weekend but we would still have to go to Dingwall on Saturday and win to get top 6 anyway, we just now need to hope that if we do win either Motherwell, St Johnstone or Dundee lose and top 6 is ours with Thistle's highest league position in years Even if its not top 6 this weekend I'd have bit your hand off back in September for 7th place given we were rock bottom with 2 points and looking like certs to go down!! What a turn around since October.. OH ALAN ARCHIBALD YOU ARE THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!

iainmac1
I've always thought Dundee Utd would avoid bottom spot and still think they will. 5 points to make up with 18 to play for is plenty. Avoiding the playoffs though looks a step too far now though.
AberdeenAngus
How many points do folk reckon are required for the play off place and for 10th?

Would be amazed if Killie won more than 4 out of their last 6 so reckon 39 will be safe enough for 10th Certainly looks like Dundee United will have to win out to avoid the drop. Bare minimum need to beat Killie and Hamilton post split to avoid 12th

Was in the Holiday Inn on Kurfurstenstrasse. Moved on now, taking in the sunshine indoors at Tropical Islands. Reckon any hopes of catching Hamilton now gone, and we're teetering on the brink. One big win for Killie and we're sunk. We'll be back though - I hope.
