northernscum
Well, that was an abysmal performance. No pass marks and that includes the manager and his tactical performance. How the hell do we lift ourselves for the visit of Germany now? It has now become a MUST WIN.
Bobby Russell's Lovechild
We're out, there will be no miracle against Germany. Ireland got a result out in Georgia, so fully expect them to win at home.
jock strap
Didn't want to go to France anyway WGS has to answer they tactics tonight on Monday. He got it wrong tonight but he is still the man to lead us forward. The progress under him is superb.
vanderark14
Strachan is no different to what we've had, he shat it in Eastern Europe and leaves us with a match against one of the worlds best to salvage something. Sound familiar?
Toepoke
I reckon he might walk after the campaign, he has a habit of jumping before being pushed
jock strap
FFS folks. WGS got it wrong tonight. This time yesterday, there were shouts about getting him knighted, Gordon the Saviour etc etc. It is a shocking result, he got it wrong and every single player let him and us down tonight. In Gord We Trust.........and remaining so.
Auld_Reekie
While I think he needs to answer some quesitions about tonight, will do us no favour turning on manager. Some folk have short memories. No doubting he needs to change the squad up though.
stewarty66
He shat it in Dublin. Ireland were there for the taking last 20 minutes. He should have hooked Fletcher for Griffiths and used his and Anyas pace to play on the counter.
PASTA Mick
We are out. We'll finish 4th. Very, very poor. We need to stop picking out of form players; Brown, Naismith, Fletcher...
exile
Puzzling tonight... first time I can remember watching Scotland under Strachan, when I didn't have the feeling we could always nick something [i didn't see Sc v Wales by the way] Strachan seems strangely un-animated... disappointed/deflated rather than annoyed/disgusted Edited September 4, 2015 by exile

McVinceSCT
Griffith for Robertson (or Hutton), and Anya in defense. That's all he should did.
giblet
Just listening to Strachan on sportsound and it sounds like a defeated man going through the motions. It never has been explained why the sfa are letting his contract run out.
Briany
We're out, there will be no miracle against Germany. Ireland got a result out in Georgia, so fully expect them to win at home. Irish here. I know how it feels to get disappointing results and be hoping for favours and miracles, too. Ireland and Scotland are like two bald men fighting over a comb. Two average sides scrapping over the right to be knocked out in the playoffs, tripping over themselves in the process. Scotland may find themselves 4 points behind Ireland, come Tuesday, and if that is the case it will go right to the wire because Ireland have two tough final games. It'll be interesting, but I don't think either team is going to the Euros at this stage.

northernscum
Just listening to Strachan on sportsound and it sounds like a defeated man going through the motions. He has one hell of a job turning this round on Monday night. The flight home will need to produce a lot of answers. EVERY player needs to look at themselves. one t in scotland
Never mind iWatches, the only way I'm going to see Scotland play in another tournament is if Apple invent a time machine and we can go back to 1974.
Billy 2 Boots
Well done Georgia, fully deserved victory. The reality is that we do not have the quality to consistently perform at a level that will take us through a group stage to qualify. Our best team would struggle to win the English Championship..... Its not the managers fault, we just don't have enough good players!!

That's what Iceland and Belgium did.
jock strap
Aye okay. How does this differ from the performance/result under Levein? What result ? In general or the last time we played Georgia ? If your comparing Strachan to Levein, you need to stop watching football fella.
bossman4
He stuck by the players that have served us well so far but he now needs to play the guys in form on Monday. Whittaker for Hutton, Griffiths for Fletcher for a start. Darren Fletcher for Morrison as well.
