For what it's worth I think he' going to play a safe formation with a mixture of experience so he can see new players in a more settled environment and size them up before experimenting a bit more.

His stock is high at the moment he needs to think carefully what to do next as one wrong move could send him backwards and he may never get the offers he has now.

Wee bit of a run down on some if the design and features. The front is traditional polyester with a screen print of the pattern from the old Dutch 80s kit, it's really subtle and only shows up in certain light. The back,sides and arms are polyester but a sort if mesh like the 78 top. The white stripes down the side are really not that that noticeable which i was surprised by considering there the length of the top. The v neck comes a bit down by the badges and it just has a casual loose feel when you wear it. There's a little embroidered thistle at the bottom right that youbshould never notice but looks nice. It really is a case of less is more it's an absolute belter that hasn't been overly complicated by massive imprints and tacky add ons it really is the shirt purists wanted and replaces 78 and 86 as my all time favourite.

I know the cheek of it. I meant it's not as tightly stitched it has a bit more give.

It's here and it's stunning. Sizes are exact same as last one but feels a little less constructive.

The home ones colour looks a bit light

I don't think the pink is pink enough although my 4 year old daughter is well impressed. The white sleeves really bother me. I think if it was any other teams kit I'd quite like it but the white sleeves don't belong on a scotland shirt

It's the white sleeves that ruin the home top also links like it has a giant neck on it? It's "almost" impossible to make a bad adidas kit.
