So if the minimum wage stayed at £6.50, the top salary can be no more than £1million. 2 - Tax the income on additional homes at a rate of 90% (or make it illegal to own more than one house but I can see the benefits for looking after family members) 3 - Driving licenses to last 10 years but free to resit your test on renewal.
