Caledonian Craig
Bannan shouldn't even be in this squad - when did he last get a decent run?! Nonsense. In Germany he was our best player on the pitch (in my opinion) in the first half.
er yir macaroon
Nonsense. In Germany he was our best player on the pitch (in my opinion) in the first half. Bannan's been superb for us. Those who don't see it need to brush up on their game.
PASTA Mick
Bannan's been superb for us. Those who don't see it need to brush up on their game. He's been good. However, we have equally good players, playing every week and in-form. Bannan shouldn't be ahead of Dorrans IMO.

Dorrans recent form probably gives him the edge, a good headache for Gordon to have though, he will also know that Bannan has always put in a decent shift whenever he has played for him! Caledonian Craig
But Dorrans is unproven at international level.
PASTA Mick
But Dorrans is unproven at international level. So is Robertson but I bet most people would start with him. Only one way to prove yourself.
Caledonian Craig
Yes but Robertson is already showing his talent at international level after just two caps and getting rave reviews. Dorrans has ten caps and yet to set the Heather alight and minus the rave reviews so some difference between the two. Don't get me wrong I hope Dorrans can prove me wrong but I just don't see it. ParisInAKilt
I'd play Dorrans ahead of Bannan. And Morrison also if it's at right side midfield
dougiemacfarlanearran
Brown and Morrison for the Georgia game. For me too yep

France here we come
Still getting proven right that he's not really that good I think he's very very overrated by a lot of our support.
Caledonian Craig
Hmm Fletcher, Mulgrew, Hutton, Greer, Whittaker all being berated in recent days. Heck I must be watching a different Scotland team over the last year to some others.

Parklife
A good run of results doesn't make every individual in the squad a world beater. Nah but he's played very well in our last two games (particularly on Tuesday), so for someone to come on here and (presumably using the logic that Sunderland got pumped so Fletcher must be crap) say they're being "proven right that he's not really that good" is more than a bit bizarre. I felt that he was pretty wasteful last Saturday with several attacks but he played his role well on Tuesday. Can't disagree with you that using an 8-0 defeat to rate a striker of the losing team is pretty strange though.
1320lichtie
Fletch has been great last 2 games for us, set up a barrow load v Georgia and was great in Poland. Anyone who can't see this should give up on fitba.

Maybe you should just stick to posting in the pre match parties threads or telling everyone how "pure steaming" you got and let the grown ups talk
GHfaeGTA
Fletcher is one of our most technically gifted players. Just a pity he dies most of his best work nowhere near the centre forward position
JECK
how about all the anti Fletcher mob state who should be in his place and why they would be better than him.
PASTA Mick
I'd rather look at O'Shea performance in an 8-0 defeat than the forwards.
Caledonian Craig
I'd rather look at O'Shea performance in an 8-0 defeat than the forwards. Spot on. And I'd bet Irish fans are not on their forums right now berating him.
runningtings
I'd rather look at O'Shea performance in an 8-0 defeat than the forwards. Very good point, couple of tweets I saw said that Fletcher was the only one trying.
albathebrave
Coincidence sunderland getting pumped today, he was perceived as the messiah on here by many, as I have said before I want him to prove me wrong but he is a striker that just doesnt score enough.
