scoobydoo
Watching to Ryder Cup made me think that it would be interesting to see Golf doubles in the various formats. Players teaming up with each other and slugging it out. Massive fall outs and dummy spits.

Orraloon
NAW! It's G-a-l-l-a-C-H-e-r. I hereby annoint myself the Ryder Cup Stevie Gallacher spelling enforcer. Get it right, it's no difficult - GALLACHER It's a bit weird how somebody who's name is spelt "Stephen" gets it shortened to "Stevie". Should it not be "Stephie"? killiefaetheferry
How does the scoring work today ? Is it just a point to play for in each pair, with .5 each for a draw, or does the individual score (eg - 3 UP) matter ?

Is it just a point to play for in each pair, with .5 each for a draw, or does the individual score (eg - 3 UP) matter ? Score doesn't matter, 1 point for win half point for draw 14 points to regain which means stays in Europe 14.5 to win it outright

killiefaetheferry
Give me a fuckin break. When all the other boys in Ayrshire were playing golf in the summer, I was kicking a ball off the garages at the bottom of the street all summer with my left foot in a vain attempt to become 'two footed'. It didn't work. Consequently I know hee-haw about the gowf. But I am waiting on 16-12 Europe at 10/1 for £110 return.
